Event Description

Friends, winter has started heralding and in our city. There are innumerable people who have taken shelter on the pavements along the main road. Such dwellings can be seen on the right hand side pavement on the way to Chetla from Rashbehari. It’s beside the Gurudwara in front of DESHAPRAN SASMAL Park. There are atleast 60 children along with their family. We wish to stand by these people, friends. In this winter we wish to gift them winter garments and other winter necessities at 2.00pm on 25th December, 2015 (Friday). From our SARODIYA family, since last two months, We have have been collecting new and old clothes, blankets, bed sheets and sweaters which are of no use, yet stored in our wardrobes, (through Face Book). We request you all, to come forward and join us wholeheartedly, for this noble cause. We understand that this is a very small effort, but still we are stepping forward in our own little way. Like the glow of fireflies we will light lamps of our dreams, and these lamps will become the bacons.

 This message is for those friends who claim/ percieve “Facebook” being a site for mere gossiping and a workshop for idle minds. Facebook can be the social networking site through which you can accomplish a noble deed that requires the will of a rendering heart. “Sarodiya” to be a part of the crusade.
